Italian VAT 22% is included. Registration is confirmed only once payment has been verified.
Cancellation notices must be in writing or through Doc Congress platform and received by 23:59 PM Central Europe Time (CET) to be eligible for a refund:
• Cancellation until May, 05th 2025: refund of 50% of the registration fee.
• Cancellation from May, 06th 2025: no refunds will be made after this date.
