DIAGNOSTIC HISTOPATHOLOGY OF SKIN DISEASE

The CME meeting DIAGNOSTIC HISTOPATHOLOGY OF SKIN DISEASE will be held in Padua on May, 11th - 12th 2023 and it will gather experts and participants from all over the world.
The purpose of this CME meeting it is to discuss, through the proposition of real clinical cases, histopathological topics in a variety of settings to create awareness on the efficacy of multidisciplinary approaches.
The aim of the event is linked to the following elements:
  • Increasing complexity of skin disease pathology
  • Necessity to integrate morphology with new molecular findings
  • Necessity to provide medical oncologists with reliable prognostic and predictive biomarkers
The course will be co-directed by Prof. Thomas Brenn, University of Calgary, Canada and by Prof. Angelo Paolo Dei Tos, University of Padua School of Medicine, Italy.

REGISTRATION FEE 
From April, 01st the regular fee is as follow:
  • Attendees NON S.I.A.P.E.C. Members - 549,00 €
  • Attendees S.I.A.P.E.C. Members - 488,00 €
  • Attendees Trainees and fellows  - 183,00 €
Italian VAT 22% is included. Registration is confirmed only once payment has been verified. Please note: in order to register, you should first create your personal account (if you don't already have one) and then proceed with the meeting registration.
Cancellation notices must be in writing or through Doc Congress platform and received by 23:59 PM Central Europe Time (CET) to be eligible for a refund:
  • Cancellation until April, 10h 2023: refund of 50% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellation from April, 11th 2023: no refunds will be made after this date.

The official language of the meeting is English. No simultaneous translations are provided.

UEMS-EACCME® accreditation. An application has been made.
The Diagnostic hystopathology of skin disease, Padua, Italy, 11/05/2023-12/05/2023 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 12 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities. Live educational activities, ocurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
CME credits will be granted to those participants who attend at least 90% of scientific works, and respond correctly at least 75% of the questions in the evaluation questionnaire learning (for Italian attendees).
At the end of the scientific work, it will come sent an e-mail with the relative link to access the CME questionnaire and the attendance certificate.
